QuickQuote AI is a tool for generating professional estimates for service businesses. You may use the service for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and the quotes you send to your customers.
Quotes and estimates generated by QuickQuote AI are suggestions based on the information you provide. They are not guaranteed to be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation. Always review AI-generated estimates before sending them to customers. QuickQuote AI is not responsible for any losses resulting from inaccurate estimates.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use someone else's account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
The Free plan includes 5 AI-generated quotes per calendar month. Unused quotes do not roll over. We reserve the right to change free plan limits with notice.
QuickQuote AI owns all rights to the service, software, and underlying technology. You own the content you create — your customer data, quote history, and business information remain yours.
QuickQuote AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall QuickQuote AI be held liable for damages exceeding the total amount paid by you to QuickQuote AI in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. This governing law clause applies regardless of where you are located or where you access the service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickQuote AI, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including any intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any claim that your use of the service caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.
