We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, business name, and billing information when you create an account. We also collect the job details you enter when generating quotes (customer names, addresses, service types, and job notes).
We use your information to provide and improve the QuickQuote AI service — generating estimates, storing your quote history, sending emails on your behalf when you request it, and processing payments. We do not sell your data to third parties.
When you generate a quote, the job details you enter are sent to OpenAI's API to generate the estimate. OpenAI processes this data according to their privacy policy. We recommend not including sensitive personal information in job notes beyond what is necessary.
Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
All payments are processed by Stripe. QuickQuote AI does not store your credit card numbers or payment details — these are handled entirely by Stripe's secure payment infrastructure.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can export your quote history from the dashboard at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data, email us at support@quickquoteai.com. We will erase your personal data within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where retention is required by applicable law (for example, we may retain billing records as required by tax or financial regulations). If you are located in the European Union or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to data portability and the right to opt out of certain data processing.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it longer. Anonymized or aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
